Artist’s Statement:
I am a writer and artist with stories to tell and a lot of enjoyable paintings to show. My artwork spans decades, from the day my cousin gave me my first tubes of oil colors and brushes when I was fifteen, through my college art courses, to my current-day canvases.

This artwork reflects both what I learned from master painters whom I studied in my B.A. Art History courses at William Paterson University, and while developing my own unique styles.

I have displayed work in venues from outdoor shows in my home town of Morristown and the city of Newark, to local taverns and restaurants. I have painted commissioned work for private clients and family members.

College Education:
A.A.S. degree in Computer Science from County College of Morris, 1978
Worked towards a B.A. degree at William Patterson 1978-1980
Relevant Professional Work:
For ten years my spouse and I owned and operated two Native American art and craft galleries in Madison and Chester New Jersey. We traveled the U.S. extensively collecting and learning about Indigenous art.
